If your frame(s) is damaged while in transit, you have 7 calendar days to notify Erikan Art via email, phone or text with pictures of the damage for the frame to be replaced for free. You will receive an acknowledgement confirmation back from Erikan Art that your message was received. You must provide your own shipping to return the painting(s) back. Erikan Art will ship the painting(s) back to you for free in the manner it was originally sent unless otherwise specified.
